At Tuolumne Trails we believe that no camper should be turned away because they are unable to pay. Compiled below are funding resources and “campership opportunities” that can be used to reduce the cost of attendance for campers attending Tuolumne Trails’ summer programs.

Reigonal Center Funding
Contact your case manager to see if your camper is eligible to have their camp session funded using respite care hours.
Camperships
Tuolumne Trails offers a limited number of camp scholarships based on financial need. These camperships include both full scholarships and partial scholarships to ensure that no camper is turned away for inability to pay.
To Apply
- Complete Active registration (No payment or deposit is needed to register)
- Submit the campership application form through our website
- Review the deadlines for submission
Submission Deadlines
All campership requests will be reviewed on a monthly basis by members of Tuolumne Trails’ Board of Supervisors. Applicants will be notified of their decision following each meeting. To be reviewed at the next meeting, please submit your application by: FEBRUARY 28, 2023
Round 1:
Application due by February 28, 2023
Round 2:
Application due by April 30, 2023
Round 3:
Application due by May 20, 2023
