Concert for a Cause 2023 Dinner Menus

Gates open at 4:30pm for guests with dinner tickets. Please do not bring any outside food or drinks– a staffed bar serving beer and wine will be open starting at 4:30pm. Dinner is served promptly at 5:30pm, with the show starting at 7:00pm.

June 3, 2022- Renaissance

Starter

Spinach Salad
Tossed with a sherry vinaigrette served with braised portabella mushrooms, pickled red onions, and applewood bacon

Entree Choice

Spring Vegetable Risotto
Mushrooms, leeks, asparagus, and artichokes simmered in a vegetable broth and tossed with fontina cheese

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken
Stuffed with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, and fontina cheese wrapped in prosciutto served with a lemon thyme beurre blanc sauce. Served with scalloped potatoes and asparagus

Braised Short Ribs
Served with caramelized onions and a red wine demi glaze topped with crispy leeks. Served with scalloped potatoes and asparagus

Dessert

Lemon Meringue Cupcake
Almond gluten free cake filled with lemon curd and toasted meringue frosting

Served with a spicy spanish tomato broth
