The Team

Tuolumne Trails is staffed by highly qualified and seasoned year-round professionals and skilled seasonal employees. We understand what it takes to be truly accommodating to every camper, regardless of their ability. It takes a top-notch team, working toward a common cause to provide a safe and meaningful experience for all of our campers.

Kaylee Reynolds, Camp and Programs Director

Kaylee Reynolds serves as the year-round Camp and Programs Director of Camp Tuolumne Trails and is passionate about creating inclusive outdoor experiences for individuals with disabilities. She brings a wealth of leadership and educational experience to the role.

Before her time at Tuolumne Trails, Kaylee managed education programs at organizations such as City Sprouts Omaha, Boulder County Youth Corps, and Colorado State University Spur, where she specialized in environmental education, community engagement, and leadership development. She has also worked directly with individuals with disabilities as a caregiver, behavior technician, and direct support professional, experiences that continue to inform her compassionate, people-first approach to leadership.

Kaylee holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Ecology with a focus on Interpretation of Natural Resources from Iowa State University, graduating summa cum laude. She also maintains certifications in Wilderness First Aid, Youth Mental Health First Aid, and as a Level 2 Archery Instructor. Inspired every day by the campers, families, and staff who make up the Tuolumne Trails community, Kaylee is dedicated to guiding the camp toward a vibrant and inclusive future.

Zoe Humphrey, Program Assistant
In 2025, Zoe started at Tuolumne Trails as a Camp Counselor. Immediately she proved her natural talent and maturity for caregiving and her dedication to CTT’s mission. She is gentle and understanding with campers with disabilities, as well as a great support system to her fellow staff. Zoe accomplished every task she was given with a smile—including acting as a one-on-one caregiver for one of our campers, and ensuring they had a meaningful and personalized experience.

After summer sessions ended, Zoe expressed her interest in continuing to work at CTT.  She has been an invaluable member of the team doing everything it takes to provide a great experience for all our campers, family camps and other fall groups. She jumps in wherever needed, tackling maintenance, cabin turnover, kitchen work, customer service, preparing for the next camp season, and everything in between. Zoe has been promoted to Program Assistant and will continue to work for us in the off season to prepare for another amazing summer in 2026 for our campers with disabilities.

Facility Operations Team

CTT’s maintenance team ensures that our facilities are always ready for our campers. With more than 20,000 square feet of buildings, 80 acres of real estate and many activity centers, it is a never-ending job. Offseason, they are busy making camp even better for the next year’s campers.

Seasonal Staff

CTT recruits staff from all over the country and the world. Many of our summer staff are returning from previous sessions. Most are actively engaged in a career supporting those with special needs. Some with many years of experience—some just starting out. All leave camp with an enhanced appreciation for the needs and abilities of the special-needs community.
