Tuolumne Trails is a Special Place

    Accommodation Camp

Our camp + your staff = great experience for special campers:  Tuolumne Trails is an accommodations camp for groups with special medical needs.  The camp provides the buildings, infrastructure, food service, management, and general camp activities.  In addition, camping groups will bring their own dedicated staff of professionals, medical staff and specially tailored programs for their campers.

Tuolumne Trails offers a unique camp experience.  All the log cabin style buildings are designed especially to accommodate children with special medical needs. The camp is available for group bookings from a few days to a week-long session.  Typical group size is up to 84 campers, plus couselors and sponsoring agency staff.

     Family Camp

You provide the families we take care of the rest. At Camp Tuolumne Trails we understand how difficult a traditional family outing can be. We take the hassle out of a family vacation for your special needs group.

    Other Events

The camp is also available for school and community groups as space allows.

Events include but are not limited to:

    - Educational Events

    - Church Outings

    - Private Events

Purpose-built facilities:  Campers are housed in six comfortable log cabins. Each cabin has a bathroom, electricity, heat, and fans. Cabins can sleep upto 14 campers / counselors. Each group of three cabins is served by a fully accessible bathhouse.

The Great Hall is the center of camp life. It houses the dining room, infirmary, game room, craft room, and offices.  Near the Great Hall are the large playing field, fully accessible ramped swimming pool, bocce ball court and hiking/wheeling trails.

Taking advantage of the breath-taking views of Yosemite and the Tuolumne River Canyon, we also have a star-gazing area and a site for evening campfires.

Peace of mind: In addition to the onsite infirmary and local Groveland doctors, the camp is just minutes from Pine Mountain Lake Airport, should emergency transport be required
