Volunteer Area

There are many opportunities to get involved with Camp Tuolumne Trails.  Volunteers have already played an important role in the construction of this brand-new, purpose-built facility, by helping to build, paint, create signs, or plant flowers.

Now that camp is open, volunteers can:

·         Work with campers – tell stories, push wheelchairs, lead hikes, bring therapy animals, sing songs, help with stargazing, assist with arts and crafts, and many more camp recreational activities.

·         Help fund campers – donations are needed to help support camp experiences for children who otherwise couldn’t afford to come. Go to our donations page to see how your tax-deductible gift can make a difference.

·         Participate in camp work days – several times a year we have volunteer work days to accomplish maintenance or building chores at camp. To join our volunteer network, call the camp director at 209-962-7534 or sign up here.
