June 4, 2022: Renaissance

Starter
Spinach Salad 
With apples, candied walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, tossed with a maple balsamic vinaigrette.

Your Choice of Entree
Chicken Wellington 
Chicken breast and duxelle of mushroom and spinach wrapped in puff pastry and served with a madeira wine sauce. 
Served with cheddar-leek au gratin potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Short Ribs 
Braised in a red wine sauce garnished with fried shallots. 
Served with cheddar-leek au gratin potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Vegetarian Risotto 
Simmered with asparagus, grilled portabella mushrooms, leeks, and sun dried tomatoes in a mushroom broth with fontina cheese.

Dessert
Strawberry Rhubarb and Banana Cobbler 
topped with a polenta crumble.

Chicken Saltimbocca 
Chicken breast sauteed with prosciutto and sage simmered in a caper lemon white wine butter sauce. Served with oven-roasted potatoes and broccolini.

Strip Loin 
Roasted served with garlic herb butter and served with Bordelaise sauce. Served with oven-roasted potatoes and broccolini.

Vegetarian Pasta 
Served with roasted carrots, snap peas, leeks, portabella mushrooms and tomato confit tossed in pesto.

Dessert 
Lemon Olive Oil Cake 
Served with blueberry brandy sauce.

Pork loin stuffed with italian sausage parmesan cheese and Italian herbs in a fig marsala sauce. Served with garlic butter orzo de pepe, zucchini squash.

Vegetarian Lentil Meatballs 
Served over spaghetti squash with a roasted tomato sauce and shaved parmesan reggiano.

Dessert 
Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse 
served in chocolate pizzelle bowl.
